The Sevilla squad returned to training after a weekend of rest and did so with two new additions. First there was new German signing Johannes Geis, who after signing his contract this Friday trained in the Sports Village for the first time. Gabriel Marcado also took place in the session held at the Old Nervión.
Despite Argentina still being due to play Venezuela in Buenos Aires, the full-back received a yellow card against Uruguay, and is thus suspended for the match. Mercado has therefore made his return to training where Pareja, Pizarro, Correa and Banega have stayed in their country.
The team will train again this Tuesday at 9:30.
