SEVILLA FC PRESENTS ITS COMIC "¡VAMOS CAMPEÓN! LA LEYENDA DEL SEVILLA FC EN EUROPA"

President José Castro acted as a representative for Sevilla FC this Monday in the presentation of the comic ¡Vamos campeón! La leyenda del Sevilla FC en Europa, that took place this Monday at the headquarters of the Commercial and Industrial Circle Sevilla, hosted by Práxedes Sánchez,  president of the prestigious institution.  

¡Vamos campeón! La leyenda del Sevilla FC en Europa is an official product of the club that recalls Sevilla's victories in six European titles: five UEFA Europa League titles and one European Supercup. The comic is an elaborate piece of work published by Estudio Buenavista, taking care with the even the smallest of details. The comic book's detailed script, written by brothers Damián and David Díaz-Cantelar and supervised by the football club's history department, is featured alongside magnificent illustrations by  Sergio Mora, Nacho Tenorio, David Cabeza and Javier Monsalvett. In short, 36 pages of eye-catching colour featuring a prologue by Andrés Palop, the hero at the final in Glasgow, and an epilogue by Coke, saving Sevilla in the Basilea final. 

In his brief speech, president José Castro highlighted the quality of the presented work and, indulging in nostalgia, commented that a comic narrating the greatest European victories is what he would have liked to have read as a young boy, as would many other Sevillistas of his, and previous generations. Castro emphasised the how lucky the younger generation of Sevillista's are as they are able to enjoy their champion team from a young age.
