ESCUDÉ: “IT WAS A PLEASURE TO ENJOY THIS SEVILLA”

Julien Escudé was one of the privileged witnesses to the heroic qualification of Sevilla FC to the semi-finals of the Copa del Rey this Tuesday. The centre-back was with the side for seven seasons and said: "it has been a pleasure to enjoy this Sevilla victory. I've seen some teammates like Jesús Navas, it's been a complicated game and I loved seeing the team win like that".

He analysed the game in more depth: “I really liked Escudero's goal as soon as it started, then, Griezmann's great goal. With that goal came a little doubt, but thanks to the fans, the team picked itself up again. You could see some individual performances like Muriel's, I like how he is working for the team, Banega in the center, Nzonzi who has returned to the best level, the goalkeeper ... all this together with the collective spirit has allowed us see a good Sevilla tonight ”.
