Pablo Blanco, the eleventh name inducted into Sevilla's Hall of Fame, was at SFC Radio to give his thoughts on this well-deserved award that was given to him by the club: 'This Hall of Fame induction means everything to me. I didn't expect to be at the club continuously for this amount of time. It makes me proud and emotional and I had a lump in my throat when they told me.'
'When the president told me in his office, I felt incredibly honoured, speechless. I didn't know what to say or to do,' explained the new inductee to Sevilla's Hall of Fame.
Blanco emotionally recounted all the different stages that he has spent at Sevilla: 'I have been fortunate enough to be able to continue working with the club and watching its development since I retired, which I think have improved the level of Sevilla FC. With all the tough times that we have gone through over the years, we have reached where we are now and I have experienced it all first hand.'
