SEASON-TICKET HOLDERS CAN NOW RECEIVE THE AGREED REFUND FOR THE SPANISH SUPERCUP

Through the https://secure.sevillafc.es/devoluciones/ web page, all season-ticket holders - both Normal and Total - who had the home match in the Sánchez-Pizjuán of the Spanish Supercup, which was eventually played as a one-off match due to the unilateral decision of the RFEF, included in their season-ticket package, will be compensated with the amount determined by the price of the season ticket. 

All season-ticket holders can find out the exact amount to which they are entitled depending on the type of their season ticket through this link: https://www.sevillafc.es/sites/default/files/inline-files/devolucion_supercopa_0.pdf.

The season-ticket holder, on accessing the web page, will find three options, of which they can choose the one they prefer:

• Use the refund on any product in the Club's official shops (In the stadium and Puerta de Jerez) and the Outlet. This option will be available from 16 October and 31 May 2019.
• Use the refund to purchase any of Sevilla FC's home or away games - should Sevilla be distributing the away tickets. This option will be available until 31 May 2019.
• Use the refund towards the price of next season's season ticket when renewing this season's.

Once you have chosen how you would like to use your refund, a voucher will be generated which you will be able to download, print, or simply photograph and it will be valid 24 hours after its generation.

It should be noted that the voucher will not be valid if it is not accompanied by a season-ticket holder card for the current season.

The season-ticket holder has until 31 December 2018 to decide what they wish to use their refund on and generate their voucher.

If you do not choose an option before 31 December 2018, Sevilla FC will use the refund towards next season's season ticket. Should the season-ticket holder generate a voucher and not use it, the refund will also be used towards discounting the renewal of your season ticket.
