TRAINING HEATS UP IN BAD SCHÖNBORN

Julen Lopetegui organised a session which focused primarily on counter-attacks in the only training session scheduled this Tuesday

Sevilla FC's work schedule in Germany is, naturally, measured to the millimetre. This was clear to see this Tuesday, on the second full day of training in Bad Schönborn. Julen Lopetegui and his team designed a single session aimed primarily at the team's tactical approach to counter-attacks - both in attack and defence.

Compared to yesterday, the temperature has risen to 26ºC, about five degrees higher than on Monday - however temperatures still, thankfully, fall far below those recorded in Seville. During the session, Lopetegui took an energetic hold on training, demanding vigilance from the defenders and quick movement from wingers. The team will not have a work session in the afternoon, so will return to the pitch on Wednesday morning in Germany.

Both Sergio Rico and Bryan Gil, who are scheduled to arrive in Bad Schönborn late this afternoon, are expected to be part of the group by then.
