ANTONIO ÁLVAREZ AT AN EVENT ON WORLD CANCER DAY

During this Tuesday afternoon, at the Council Office in Sevilla, an event to celebrate World Cancer Day took place as it is celebrated on 4th February. At said event, Antonio Álvarez, ambassador for the Sevilla FC Foundation was present. At the Council Office, a meeting was held with the Presidents of the local boards of the Association in the province, who were also joined by the Association's longest-serving volunteers. Likewise, the intervention of psychologists Charo Sanz and Isabel Sánchez, and researcher Sandra Muñoz took place. There were informative contributions from their research project on ovarian cancer, which are financed by the Association.

The regional president, Fernando Rodríguez Villalobos, hosted this event, along with his counterpart in the Spanish Association against Cancer in Seville, Jesús Maza, and with Julio Cuesta, the outgoing president of the entity.
