After choosing a player with the help of the manager, now it is time to reach an agreement to sign him

The Monchi 13 Masterclass reaches its halfway point today and the focus is on a key moment. Until now, the General Sporting Director has been detailing the foundations of his methods and how the club tracks players over a season.

In the sixth episode, released last Friday, the manager featured for the first time, with the idea of agreeing which players are the best fit for the manager's chosen player profiles. Once the priorities have been agreed, it is then time to negotiate for the player in question.
