A spectacular season for the Sevilla FC defender, a key part of this season's success, and he is proud of his team

Jules Koundé was proud of the team's performance after the victory over Inter Milan, which was the sixth UEFA Europa League win for Sevilla FC. The defender analysed the match against Conte's team, stating tha the team was calm even when they were 1-0 down: "We experienced it very well, when we were 1-0 down we felt good, played as we wanted, and finally overcame all the difficulties we had in the match. We didn't have any doubts. We have a spectacular group, a very complete team, it is difficult to beat us, we always want more, we bite, we are ready, together, in the end that is what gives you all the victories," he added.

On a personal note, Koundé, key to the successes achieved this season thanks to his performances on the pitch, said he was "very happy to have had the chance to take an active part in this title. It is a title for the whole team, we deserve it for the work of the whole season. I am very proud. We have fulfilled all the objectives we had set at the beginning of the season. I knew that coming to Sevilla FC meant winning titles, winning everything... I'm very happy with my first final, my first trophy and the sixth for Sevilla FC".
