FIRST TRAINING SESSION BEFORE THE TRIP TO RENNES

The squad trained today ahead of Tuesday's UCL match against Stade Rennais. Those who started against Real Madrid yesterday did recovery work in the gym

The first team squad have begun their preparation for the UEFA Champions League match against Rennes on Tuesday. As with all training sessions the day after a match, those who started yesterday trained in the gym, and the rest trained on the pitch. 

Chairman José Castro was at the training ground on a cold morning to watch the training session, which began with a talk from Julen Lopetegui. The team will travel to France tomorrow as they look to finish the Group Stage with a win. The Nervionenses have already secured their place in the Round of 16.
