EN-NESYRI: SPAIN'S HIGHEST GOALSCORER IN THIS CHAMPIONS LEAGUE CAMPAIGN

Youssef En-Nesyri has started 20/21 on fire. He has scored eight goals in the 17 matches he has played. With 761 minutes played, his goals-to-minutes ratio stands at a goal every 95 minutes. He is the team's top scorer this season, ahead of De Jong, Rakitić and Munir who all sit on three.

En-Nesyri's numbers does not only distinguish him within Sevilla FC, but also the Champions League. He is only two goals behind the competition's top scorers this season: Morata (Juventus), Haaland (Dortmund) and Rashford (Manchester United). Plea (Gladbach), Immobile (Lazio) and Giroud (Chelsea) sit one goal above Sevilla FC's striker with five goals.

En-Nesyri's four goals puts him as the top scorer in the UCL amongst Spanish teams, having scored one goal more than Dembélé, Braithwaite, Messi and João Félix. Benzema sits on two goals with the chance to add to that tally tonight. En-Nesyri is already Sevilla FC's fourth highest UCL goalscorer in their history, sitting behind Ben Yedder (10), Kanouté (7) and Luis Fabiano (6).

En-Nesyri's numbers in La Liga are also noteworthy. Including all competitions, the Moroccan's eight goals put him as the second highest goalscorer amongst Spanish clubs this season, finding himself one goal behind Villarreal CF's Paco Alcácer who has five in the league and four in the Europa League, and level on goals with João Félix. En-Nesyri sits above Messi and Oyarzábal who have seven.
