Sevilla FC and FC Bengaluru United have been nominated for the Best Internationalisation Strategy by the prestigious World Football Summit Awards. The two clubs have been nominated for the prize, presented by Deloitte, alongside Valencia CF and Everton FC.
The WFS Industry Awards, created in 2017, recognise and reward the work carried out by professionals in the different fields and sectors of the football industry, where teams such as Juventus or Atalanta United have been recognised worldwide for their management and growth. With the nomination, Sevilla FC continues to demonstrate the growth of the club beyond the sporting achievements of recent seasons. Thus, Sevilla FC is continuing its expansion at a strategic level, confirming its success as an entity within the different areas in which the different departments work to make the club a reference in Europe.
After two years marred by COVID-19, the event will once again be held in person. The winners of the Best Internationalisation Strategy Award will be announced on Wednesday 22nd September at the Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid.
