Sevilla Atlético coach, Paco Gallardo, gave his thoughts after his team lost to CD Castellón: 'It was a tough place to play against a tough opponent. The team found it difficult to find their style of play in the first half, both offensively and defensively. In the second half, we tried to improve. Despite this, we must take the positives out of the game. There were a few key moments before the first goal, for example Iván's attempt. We had another chance in the second half, but unfortunately, they scored another goal. There's no point dwelling on the negatives, we need to move on and learn from our mistakes so we can have better results. There is a long way to go.'
The games against the tough opponents are the games you learn from the most: 'Coming up against tough opponents, including Sabadell last week, are very important matches for us. You can see the hunger that our players have. Players can really learn from these types of games, but of course, our main aim is to win every match.'
Paco Gallardo also touched upon the difficulty of the Primera RFEF, focusing on the next league game: 'We obviously knew when we entered this league that it'd be a difficult league to play in. Every game will be a challenge. You can see from the results that the league is very tight. At the end of the day, the Sanluqueño pitch will be completely different to the one we played on today. We will need to fight in every game to earn the three points.'
