José Castro, Sevilla FC President, spoke to the travelling media in Lille just after touching down in France, where the Blanquirrojos will play their third match in the UEFA Champions League Group Stage. The President began by highlighting that "the match is very important after two draws. With the team high up in the LaLiga table, we’re hopeful of winning in the Champions League, it’s time to do so".
"There is always pressure and responsibility. We always want to win and achieve milestones; we live with the pressure. The fact that all the players are fit is good. Football is very complicated; it takes a lot to win because it is very equal. You don't always play well and win but here we are, with the fewest goals conceded and getting good results."

José Castro made it clear that there is no possible debate about the Sevilla coach: "A debate about Lopetegui? With 70 wins in 118 games? I don't know where the debate is. It is all opinion but there is no debate. Sometimes you play better or worse, but the results are the most important thing. We are enormously happy to be in the Champions League again, but no one is just going to give us qualification. There is nothing easy here. We are very hopeful of getting three points here."
