Sevilla dominated the game and looked to be clear by the second half, but two defensive errors forced Fernando to add a fifth for extra comfort

Four wins from four at home this season. The side offered a spectacle to the fans on the first day that 100% capacity was allowed, providing plenty of heart-in-mouth moments - both good and bad. Óliver Torres, Rafa Mir, Diego Carlos, Munir and Fernando all got on the scoresheet to cancel out goals from Morales and Melero. Sevilla's dominance decided the game and kept the three points in Seville.

The first half was a true spectacle for the fans on their return to the stadium. Óliver Torres opened the scoring with a simply sensational volley from an Augustinsson corner. He watched the ball drop and connected perfectly to fire it across the 'keeper into the top corner. Rafa Mir added a second soon after to put Levante under added pressure. The striker was played through and struck a firm shot to the goalkeeper's near post which was too powerful to be stopped.

A few minutes later, Suso could have added another with his characteristic cut inside to his left foot. This time, however, the ball struck the post. Despite Sevilla being in charge, Morales made sure there was no room for complacency. With Levante's first chance, he fired the ball beyond Dmitrović in goal. Diego Carlos made sure some breathing room was restored when Suso whipped in a cross to him following a corner. The Brazilian cushioned a header beyond Aitor to celebrate his 100th game for the club. Munir could have made it four with an incredible bicycle kick that Aitor managed to palm away.

The start of the second half followed the same rhythm as the first half. De Frutos sent a warning shot at Dmitrović. Munir would do the same minutes later, except his long-range drive was coupled with precision. Óliver Torres won the ball back in Levante's half, played it to Munir who looked up and shot from 25 yards out. The ball whistled past Aitor as Sevilla made it four. With the match seemingly over, the game decided to become even more crazy.

Two defensive errors, one after the other, allowed Levante back into the game. Dmitrović was robbed as he tried to clear the ball, while Diego Carlos was outfought on the edge of the line. It was a shock for Lopetegui's team who watched on as Levante got back into the game out of absolutely nothing. Sevilla recomposed themselves and went on the hunt for more goals - and they found the fifth soon after. Jesús Navas, who had a superb game down the right, ran into the area, waited for the perfect moment and pulled it back to Fernando who slid the ball in for the fifth.

The end of the match brought moments of panic as Bardhi struck the post from a long-range free-kick and Melero almost scored on the rebound. Then, a penalty was called in Levante's favour; however, a VAR check confirmed the foul was committed outside the box. Lamela, who replaced the excellent Suso, almost got a sixth with a curling left-footed shot. Rafa Mir saw Aitor palm away a fierce strike to deny him his second of the night. Sevilla have 20 points after nine games and lead La Liga ahead of the midweek trip to Mallorca.
