After the game, Erik Lamela and Joan Jordán spoke to analyse the draw against RCD Mallorca away from home. Regarding what happened at the Estadio de Son Moix it was the Argentinian who was the first to analyse the situation with the setback of what happened in the last minute. "It is a shame that the second goal was disallowed, I don't know if it was handball but it would have been an excellent way to finish the game. At least we didn't lose the game. We came into the game wanting to win despite the fact that we didn't get off to the best start but when you can't win you have to try and get points and we got one today." The Sevilla goal scorer added that they will look to win in the next home match. "Now we have to fight to get three points in front of our fans, playing in the best way. When close to the goal we need to have in mind shooting at the goalkeeper and do not hesitate."

In turn, Joan Jordán also expressed his discontent about not winning, despite the final push. "The feeling is bittersweet because we came looking for the three points but at the end VAR decided that the goal wasn't legal and we have therefore got a point which we worked hard to get and we began to play better from the fiftieth minute. We have room for improvement, we have played very well in games but away from home we need to improve despite the fact that in the second half we created more chances. I remember times they have not go in and I don't know why. The plan is to go for every match from the start and to no have to wait for difficult situations to react and we need to improve."
Finally, the Argentinian midfielder said that they were now already thinking about the game on Saturday in Nervión. "We are playing very well at home; our fans give us spectacular energy and we really want the weekend to come. Every game is different and at home, we have to start very strongly and go for the victory from the first minute."
