International duty begins on Thursday for several Sevilla FC players with their respective national teams. Ten players will join up with their countries during this international break, which is the last one of the year.
Dmitrovic and Gudelj will be the first Sevilla FC players in action with Serbia as they face Qatar on Thursday at 18:00 in an international friendly. Dragan Stojokovic's team will return to action on Monday to face Portugal at 20:45 with their fate in their own hands. A draw will be enough to qualify if Portugal lose to Ireland in the first matchday of the international break. As for Sweden, they will come up against Georgia away from home. Augustinsson could be in action on Sunday in Seville when they face Spain at 20:45 at the Cartuja in a game in which Sweden could already be qualified if they win their first game and Luis Enrique's team fail to do so against Greece.
Morocco and Denmark will both be in action on Friday. Bono and Munir will first face Sudan away from home at 20:00 before then facing Guinea who have already qualified for a play-off place for the World Cup. Thomas Delaney and Denmark will come up against the Faroe Islands at 20:45 before heading to Scotland who have also secured a play-off stage place.
The Argentinians will be the last in action in Wednesday's match against Brazil
The last Sevillistas will be in action from 13 November with the likes of Acuña, Montiel and Papu Gómez in contention to play for Argentina in their match against Uruguay before facing Brazil on 17 November with Scaloni's team 6 points behind the leaders. Both teams have yet to resolve the postponed match. Jules Koundé could be in action for France when they face Kazakhstan on Saturday at 20:45 before coming up against Finland next Tuesday. France are Group D leaders with 12 points which leaves them in a healthy position before the final two fixtures of the group stage qualifiers.
Players will return to Sevilla gradually over the next couple of weeks in order to prepare for the next league match against Deportivo Alavés next Saturday, 20 November at the Sánchez-Pizjuán at 16:15.
