The former Sevilla FC player Antonio Flores Pedraza (18/10/1944) passed away a few days ago, aged 77. Flores was a lifelong Sevillista and rose through the ranks at the club's academy, and was part of the Juvenil squad that were champions of Spain. He reached the first team and made eight appearances in the 1964/65 season, when Slovakian coach Fernando Daucik was at the helm.
He scored one goal during those eight matches with the first team, before he moved to Granada CF, where he spent five seasons. He would go on to play for Real Oviedo, Villarreal CF, Real Jaén and CD Eldense. Sevilla FC wishes to convey its deepest condolences to Flores' family and friends.
