Julen Lopetegui's side were beaten in just 14.81% of their matches all season, which translated to just eight defeats in 54 matches, with the final match, of course, coming on Friday against Inter in the UEFA Europa League final.

The first one came in September 2019 in the league, a narrow 0-1 home defeat against Real Madrid. They also failed to pick up points at home to Villarreal, but that was their only two home defeats. They lost four times away in the league, against Eibar, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Celta - the site of their last defeat, in early February, 21 games ago. There were also losses against Mirandés in the Copa del Rey in January, and against APOEL in the UEL Group Stage in December.
That record translates to the Nervionenses being unbeaten in 85.18% of their matches, 46 out of 54 in all competitions. There were 19 wins and 13 draws in LaLiga, three wins in the Copa del Rey and nine wins and two draws in the UEL.
