ALEJANDRO POZO SIGNS A THREE YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION

Alejandro Pozo Pozo (Huévar del Aljarafe, 1999) has signed, this Wednesday, an extension to his contract with Sevilla FC that was going to terminate on 30th June 2020. Pozo now has a contract to stay with Sevilla for an additional three years. The right-footed player with lots of talent, who has been at Sevilla since he was eight years of age, has impressed Julen Lopetegui during pre-season, especially when used in his most familiar position on the right wing, however he has the ability to play on either flank. In addition, he played in the games against Liverpool and Mainz 05.
Cuerpo Inferior
Pozo made his debut with Sevilla Atlético in the second division at a young age, playing 70 games -five goals and four assists- over the course of the last two seasons with the reserve team. During the 2018/19 season he went on loan to Granada CF, gaining promotion to the first division in the process under the guidance of Diego Martínez. During that season, he played in 30 league games and one in the Copa del Rey, scoring four times and claiming one assist.
