Ever Banega's words always have weight at Sevilla FC. The Argetina interntational is a key player in Nervión, as well as a clear leader in the side both on and off the field. He spoke to Club media sources this afternoon, evaluating the side's current situation and the arival of Joaquín Caparrós: "It's a difficult season, with a lot of changes. We wouldn't have wanted so many changes but situations make you undergo them. We hope now with Joaquín we can change the mentality and win again, which is the most important thing".
In that sense he admitted that: "we didn't think we would get to this situation but in football anything can happen and if you're not careful these things can happen. We need to be calm, to keep working and trust ourselves, which God willing, will lead us to qualify for Europe. We have to focus, to be a group, to be more united than ever and to move forwards... One result can change everything and we're going to look for it and focus on what we have to do".

"The team needs to be ready to achieve that objective, it's a change of mentality for everyone. I think a bit of happiness would do well for the changing room to keep working every day with the utmost confidence".
For that reason: "the sooner the matches come the better. We're eager for revenge, to play and to change the situation. We have to know that we have four important games left and we can achieve our aim if we have the mentality that we can".
