There are only 16 teams left in the Copa del Rey, including Sevilla FC, after their 2-0 win at La Romareda on Three Kings' Day. The fixtures continue to come thick and fast in this tournament, with the next round, the Round of 16, scheduled for 15th/16th January. Once again, it will be a one-leg affair and, for the first time this season, there will be clashes between two top-flight sides. The draw will take place at 12:30 on Friday, at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas.
As has happened in previous draws, lower-league outfits will be drawn first, and they will all face top-flight teams at home. When only LaLiga teams remain, they will be drawn to face each other, and whoever is drawn first will play at home. The 16 teams are as follows:
(13) LaLiga Santander: Atlético de Madrid, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Athletic Club, Sevilla FC, Real Sociedad, Real Betis, Elche CF, Cádiz CF, Valencia CF, RCD Espanyol, RCD Mallorca and Rayo Vallecano.
(2) LaLiga Smartbank: Girona FC and Real Sporting.
(1) Primera RFEF Footters: Atlético Baleares.
