David Soria, Sevilla FC's goalkeeper, showed his humility following defeat to Barcelona: "It wasn't possible, we've sold ourselves short in the way that we've ended up conceding goals. Now we need to hold our heads up and pick ourselves up; we have five games left and we have to finish right".
Soria explained why Sevilla hadn't competed against Barcelona: "We were downtrodden going in 3-0 down at the break. We didn't know how to read the game, we didn't press high up and we weren't there at the back. I don't think it was the attitude, simply because we read the game badly".
"The objective of European football is important enough to pick us up. We have five games left to qualify and then start the coming season from new", he explained.
