DRAW DETAILS: COPA DEL REY ROUND OF 16

The draw for the Copa del Rey Round of 16 will take place at 13:00 CET on Saturday at the Ciudad del Fútbol de Las Rozas.

We will find out our next opponents in the tournament, after successfully overcoming Velarde CF, Juventud de Torremolinos CF and Linares Deportivo. On this occasion, we could be drawn to face any of the remaining 15 sides in the tournament.

As for the format of the draw, the four remaining lower-league sides will be drawn to face a top-tier team at home. As the last remaining third-tier club, AD Ceuta FC will be drawn out first, and will face any of the twelve LaLiga Santander teams. 

The three LaLiga Smartbank sides (Levante UD, Real Sporting de Gijón and Deportivo Alavés) will then find out their top-flight opponents, before the remaining eight LaLiga Santander teams are drawn to face each other, with home advantage going to the team that is drawn out first.

These are our possible opponents for the tie, which will take place between Tuesday 17th and Thursday 19th January:

(11) LaLiga Santander: Real Madrid, Real Betis, FC Barcelona, Valencia CF, CA Osasuna, RCD Mallorca, Villarreal CF, RCD Espanyol, Atlético de Madrid, Real Sociedad y Athletic Club.

(3) LaLiga Smartbank: Levante UD, Real Sporting de Gijón y Deportivo Alavés.
