It's official. Sevilla FC will play in Europe's elite competition next season. The result of tonight's match between Villarreal CF and Real Sociedad tonight, as well as yesterday's crucial win against RCD Mallorca at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán, now means that a top-four finish this season is mathematically certain, with two matches to spare, meaning that Sevilla FC will be in the draw for next season's UEFA Champions League Group Stage.

The Blanquirrojos have returned in excellent form after the lockdown, picking up 19 points from 9 matches, in addition to the points picked up before the pandemic, to brilliantly cap off the season by securing a top-four finish.
