FRANCO VÁZQUEZ: “WE CAN'T LOOK FOR EXCUSES, WE HAD A BAD MATCH”

The attacking midfielder was substituted for Muriel in the second-half and was honest about the result: "it was fair. We know that the first-half wasn't good and the match became difficult"

Franco Vázquez analysed disappointing defeat in Butarque and was honest about the loss: "I think we can't look for excuses, we played a bad match. The result is fair. We did not come in focused and that makes it difficult to play. They had more days to rest but that's no excuse. When they scored it hurt us. We have to turn the page and think about the next one".

He also stressed the importance of the game in the table: "we knew we had to win to consolidate fifth place. Now we have a month of very difficult games and we have to be ready to go for it. I hope the next matches will be better".
