The time has come for the first international break since LaLiga kicked off a month ago, and up to eleven Sevilla FC players could feature for their respective national teams, as the first international matches this month begin tonight. A trio of Sevillistas could feature in Wednesday night's friendly matches, with Jesús Navas, Vaclík and De Jong's national teams facing Portugal, Cyprus and Mexico respectively.
Tomorrow, three more Sevillistas could feature, with Gudelj's Serbia facing an away match against Norway in a UEFA EURO 2020 qualifier. Óscar and Koundé could also play in U21 qualifiers against the Faroe Islands and Liechtenstein respectively.
Up to five Sevillistas could play on Friday. Ocampos and Acuña are in the Argentina squad for their match against Ecuador, which is a qualifier for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, while Bono, Munir and En-Nesyri are all available for Morocco as they face Senegal.
The weekend onwards
Jesús Navas is the only player who could feature on Saturday, as Spain face Switzerland in the UEFA Nations League, with Vaclík, Gudelj and De Jong waiting until Sunday, as their national teams will play against Israel, Hungary and Bosnia-Herzegovina respectively in the UEFA Nations League. Those three players will also face another fixture on Wednesday 14th October, the final day of internationals. Their matches are against Scotland, Turkey and Italy respectively.
Koundé could be in action on Monday with France U21, in a qualifying match against Slovakia. Tuesday is the busiest day for the international Sevillistas, as up to seven players could feature. Jesús Navas will be in the Ukraine with Spain for a Nations League match. The Moroccan trio will play in another friendly against the DR of the Congo, with the Argentine duo facing Bolivia in a World Cup qualifier. Finally, Óscar could play for Spain U21 against Kazakhstan in a European U21 qualifier.
