LUKEBAKIO AND LOKONGA INVOVLED AS BELGIUM LOSE 1-0 TO ISRAEL

After seeing their chances of qualifying for the quarterfinals of the UEFA Nations League after a 1-0 defeat against Italy in Brussels, Belgium avoided relegation to League B despite their 1-0 defeat to Israel in Budapest. Dodi Lukebakio played the full 90 minutes, while Sambu Lokogna came on as a substitute in the second half with 20 minutes to play. 

Four minutes from the end, Israel scored the winner through Yarden Shua. The result meant Domenico Tedesco's side finished third and will now face a relegation/promotion play-off against a second-place team from League B.
