Stevan Jovetic was one of Sevilla's stand-out performers in the game against Leicester City, as goals from Pablo Sarabia and Joaquín Correa saw Los Nervionenses secure a 2-1 win in the first leg of the Champions League last-16.
But despite victory on the night, the Montenegran was disappointed that the scoreline did not reflect his side's dominant performance.
“We’re a goal up. We had a lot of chances, but in the Champions League you have to take every chance that comes your way," said the forward on-loan from Inter Milan.
“It was a very finely-balanced game, we knew that. Leicester are a good team and they have played well in the Champions League. They played quite well today and the tie is still open."
Jovetic added: “It [the result] is good for them, but even if they hadn’t scored, the tie would still not be over. We’ve got to go there and win, there’s no other way.”
