LA LIGA 18/19 TO START AGAINST RAYO

This Tuesday the RFEF published the La Liga Santander Calendar for the 2018/19 season. For the first time, the first and second halves of the season will not be symmetrical. Sevilla will start their campaign with an away match against Rayo Vallecano on the weekend of the 18th of August. The side's first home fixture will come seven days later against Villarreal CF. The first derby of the season comes early, in the third game of the season (the weekend of the 1st of September) at the Benito Villamarín.

The return fixture at the Sánchez-Pizjuán will come on the weekend of the 13th of April in the 32nd game of the season. The last game of the campaign will be in Nervión against Athletic Club Bilbao on the weekend of the 18th of May. The full fixture list is available on La Liga's website.
