After the resounding success of the first edition of this event in November 2023, the magic of the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán will once again combine with the legendary hits of the British rock band 'Queen.' The concert will take place on 8th March and will again be staged exclusively under candlelight, with views of the stadium making for a stunning backdrop. As with the first concert, string quintet 'Totem Ensemble' will be performing the music originally produced by the band led by Freddie Mercury, with a two-part performance at 19:30 and 21:30 CET. Well-known songs such as 'Bohemian Rhapsody,' 'Don't stop me now,' 'We will rock you,' 'I want to break free,' 'We are the champions' and 'The show must go on,' among many others, will be played at the Sánchez-Pizjuán, in a unique candlelit setting to provide an atmosphere to remember for the event.
This type of concert is already popular both in the city and elsewhere, although the combination of the Sánchez-Pizjuán and the 'Queen's' music was so successful that the company in charge with organising the November edition, 'Fever' wanted to run it for a second time around. This underlines our stadium's status as proves the ideal setting for all manner of events, from corporate to recreational. Tickets for the concert can be purchased here. Those interested will be able to choose seats from different parts of the stadium's 'Preferencia' section: zone A includes the Palco de Honor and part of the lower stands; zones B and C will be located in the VIP Nervión stands; while zone D will be in the stands adjacent to the aforementioned VIP area.
