It was a second draw in a row away from home as we drew 0-0, having created some good chances to win it, although Mallorca could have taken the win in second half. There were good chances for Saúl, Carmona and, above all, Sow, who missed a shot in the area in the second half. For the home side, Muriqi was denied by a brilliant save from Nyland, while we were reduced to ten men in stoppage time when Saúl was sent off.
We started the better of the two sides at Son Moix and enjoyed the greater share of possession. Román had to be alert to powerful shots from Saúl and Carmona. Nyland only had to intervene on a shot from a corner by Muriqi. Lukebakio and Ejuke in particular looked threatening in the first half.
Sow had a clear-cut chance at the start of the second half while Nyland prevented a certain goal from Muriqi
The second half started with us on top and the clearest chance of the game came when when Sow shot wide after a magnificent pass from Saúl on the edge of the area. Ejuke and Lukebakio continued to dominate the wide channels. Arrasate's men got their side back into the game thanks to a very clear chance that Muriqi had and was blocked by Nyland, after a fortuitous back pass from Juanlu. The Norwegian was then called upon to make a one-on-one save against Kosovar.
In the last quarter of an hour, both teams could have taken the three points: first, it was Isaac, who grazed Román's right post with a great shot, while Domenech was unable to touch the ball from a low cross. With full-time looming Saúl was sent off for dissent but the ten-men held on for a share of the points at Son Moix.
