He came back two decades after to remember his achievement. Unfortunately, he is no longer the record holder, after it was beaten in the Rio Olympics 2016 by South African Wayde van Niekerk. The sports website ElDesmarque invited him to the city and to give an interview on Friday at the 'III Premios DEX'.
On Thursday evening, the former American athlete took time to visit the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán, where he was welcomed by José Castro, and was photographed with a Sevilla top. Johnson did a small tour, going to the official club shop, the stands in the stadium, the home team dressing room and the SFC History Experience.
