Sevilla FC have commissioned the North American multinational Legends to carry out a study, which is already underway, to decide on the club's future stadium. Legends is a leading company in the market of business lines and consultancy for sports venues which, amongst others, has worked on projects for the Wanda Metropolitana, Camp Nou, the remodelling of the Santiago Bernabéu, Tottenham's new stadium and Manchester City's Etihad Stadium, as well as on a large number of projects in the United States.
This study will conceptually analyse all possible options; that is, both the extension and modernisation of the current Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán, as well as the construction of a new stadium. As such, Sevilla FC want their own season ticket holders to have a say in what will be done and they will be influential when it comes to making a decision on the future Sánchez-Pizjuán. Therefore, Legends is going to contact a random sample of fans, all season ticket holders with seats at the current stadium, through the club in compliance with data protection law regulations, to hear directly from them about what they would like to see in their new stadium.
These opinions, which will be conducted through an electronic survey via email, along with Legends' own market research on the club and its facilities, will carry a great deal of weight in the final decision. Sevilla FC are aware that we need to take a step forward in terms of the stadium and encourage our season ticket holders to participate in the most responsible and sincere way with their opinions and proposals. We are continuing to build the Sevilla of the future.
