Only six Sevilla FC players accumulated over 3,000 minutes on the pitch

For the second consecutive season, Sergio Rico has played more than 4,000 minutes, and he has accumulated more time on the pitch than any other member of the squad this season, a position held by Adil Rami in the 15/16 season, when Rico finished second. In general, the workload has been shared widely over the course of the season, with just six players passing the 3,000 minute mark. As many as 13 have played more than 2,000 minutes, with 17 playing over 1,500.

To be precise, with 4,260 minutes and 47 matches played, Sergio Rico has played the highest number of minutes and in the most matches of any of the first team squad. Behind him is Steven NZonzi, the only player to join Sergio Rico in passing the 4,000 mark, with 4,086 in 46 games. Pablo Sarabia has also made 46 appearances, although 11 of those came from bench, leaving him with 2,809 minutes and in ninth place in terms of time on the pitch.

Behind Rico and NZonzi, Mariano finds himself in third place in terms of minutes, with 3,615. The Brazilian is followed by Vitolo (3,390), Sergio Escudero (3,238) and Gabriel Marcado (3,103), who make up the list of those who have played more than 3,000 minutes.

In seventh place, with 2,845 minutes, is Rami, eighth is Pareja with 2,825, Sarabia is ninth with 2,809. Completing the list of players to record more than 2,000 minutes are Franco Vázquez (2,670), Nasri (2,400), Vicente Iborra (2,373) and Wissam Ben Yedder (2,268). Both Matías Kranevitter, with 1,970 minutes, and Luciano Vietto, with 1,890, came close to passing the 2,000 minute mark.

Behind Vietto, is Joaquín Correa, who played just 695 minutes in the first half of the season, became a regular fixture in the team by the end, accumulating 1,759 in total. He is followed by the winter reinforcements. Clément Lenglet earned 19 starts and 1,502 minutes, while Stevan Jovetic made 17 starts and completed 1,382 minutes.

Finally, below the 1,000 minute mark are Ganso, 863 minutes, Kiyotake (690), Carriço (627), Kolo (605), David Soria (270), Sirigu (269), Diego González (215), Kronh-Dehli (172), Konoplyanka (143), Walter Montoya (109), Carlos Fernández (88), David Carmona (80) y Borja Lasso (51).
