Sevilla FC will be looking for their fifth win in a row this Saturday afternoon in Ipurúa, the latest streak in an incredible run in which the Nervionenses have lost only one of their last fourteen matches. While SD Eibar find themselves only two points above the drop, history shows that a match against Eibar is never an easy task for Sevilla FC. Last season, Eibar came from 2-0 down to beat Sevilla 3-2, while at the Sánchez-Pizjuán it took an incredible save from Ocampos in goal to deny Eibar's goalkeeper Dmitrovic from scoring an equaliser.
Eibar could be classified as a bogey team for Sevilla. Now it remains to be seen whether the superb run of form Sevilla is in - results, how they're playing, their strikers' calmness in front of goal - can help break the duct against them. To help the team in their task, Diego Carlos returns to the squad after recovering from COVID-19, while Jesús Navas travels with the team despite having to go off injured in Wednesday's cup clash. Papu Gómez has also travelled with the team and could have his first minutes in a Sevilla shirt. One player who did not make the trip is Nemanja Gudelj who picked up his fifth yellow card against Cádiz and misses out through suspension.

Mendilibar is able to welcome back Rober Correa and Cote to his team, although it does not appear either is ready to start. Two Sevilla players will be in the Eibar team - Bryan Gil and Alejandro Pozo - and we hope they will play as they did earlier in the season at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. Eibar, who lost in the Round of 16 against Navalcarnero, have won only two league games since they won in Nervión on 24 October. Their last two wins came against Betis in Seville and at home against Granada.
The referee this afternoon will be José María Sánchez Martínez. It will be the first time he manages an Eibar match this season and the second Sevilla one, the team's last home defeat against Real Madrid. He will be assisted by Valentín Pizarro Gómez on VAR duties.
