SAMPAOLI: "IN THE SECOND HALF WE WERE MORE DOMINANT "

Jorge Sampaoli spoke to the press at Mestalla after Sevilla FC's goalless draw and analysed how the game developed: "It was a very open match where the two teams looked to win it. Our first half was more even but in the second half we were more dominant although we couldn't make the most of it".

Sampaoli added that "the opponent were coming into it having played a good last few matches and so we enjoyed the match we played a lot"

The Argentine ended the press conference focusing on the team's aim, which is to get into the Champions League spot at the end of the season: "The players' commitment today is the blueprint that we want, which is to fight for the Champions League place until the final day".
