BACK TO WORK AFTER TWO-AND-A-HALF DAYS OF REST

Julen Lopetegui's side are now preparing for Monday's match against Athletic Club in Nervión

The first team squad returned to training on Wednesday evening at the Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros Palacios. The team had been given two-and-a-half days of rest after Sunday's win against Granada CF at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. 

The session took place in the evening, which is unusual for Julen Lopetegui's side. The players are now preparing for the visit of Athletic Club de Bilbao, who will face the Nervionenses at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán in Matchday 34. The match will kick off at 21:00 CEST on Monday 3rd May.
