RECOVERY WORK COMPLETE AS ATTENTION TURNS TO FERROL

Quique Sánchez Flores men were back in training as they switched focus to a crucial Copa del Rey Round-of-16 tie on Sunday

The first team were back to work as they trained on Friday morning. After defeat at home against Athletic Club in the first match of 2024, the players carried out their standard recovery work ahead of another decisive match in the Copa del Rey against Racing de Ferrol on Sunday. As usual, the change in competition meant the special cup edition of ball was used in the session.

Quique Sánchez Flores' side will kick off the Round of 16 at 16:00 on Sunday at the A Malata stadium against Racing de Ferrol, who are second in the LaLiga Hypermotion table.
