UNVEILING OF THE BOOK 'MONCHI, MORE THAN A SPORTING DIRECTOR' BY ÁLVARO GALVÁN

On Monday, at the Casa del Libro in the Viapol Centre, the book Monchi, more than a sporting director, by the young Sevillian journalist Álvaro Galván Cárdenas was unveiled. In his work, which has a prologue from president José Castro, Galván explains the figure of the Sevilla sporting director, based on his footballing trajectory as well as personal interviews with people who have been very close to Monchi throughout his glorious career. 

Monchi himself couldn't be present but some of the people that have been part of his career were present including Miguel Ángel Gómez. The master of ceremonies was also the journalist Roberto Arrocha, a colleague of Galván at ABC in Sevilla and a contributor to club media. Representing Sevilla FC was the director of communication Jesús Gómez.
