LUIS RUBIALES, THE PRESIDENT OF THE RFEF, VISITS THE RAMÓN SÁNCHEZ-PIZJUÁN

Accompanied by his counterpart in the RFAF, Pablo Lozano, Rubiales was received by Club President José Castro, Vice President José María del Nido Carrasco, General Director José María Cruz and Subdirector General Jesús Arroyo

The president of the RFEF, Luis Rubiales, made the most of his stay in Seville ahead of preparations for Spain's debut in the European Championships to visit the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. Accompanied by Director of Institutional Relations, Antonio Gómez-Reino, as well as the president of the RFAF, Pablo Lozano, Rubiales was received by Club President José Castro, Vice President José María del Nido Carrasco, General Director José María Cruz and Subdirector General Jesús Arroyo.

The visit came about as a result of the RFEF wanting, before the pandemic, to award the Club an exact replica of the President of the Republic's Cup, which Sevilla FC lifted in 1935 against CE Sabadell in Chamartín. Since March, the original trophy has been on exhibition in the Sevilla FC Stadium Tour on loan from the RFEF.
