Vitolo spoke to the media to analyse the defeat against Real Madrid, praising the team's attitude, especially "in the first half, we had lots of chances, every time they had a chance they put it in, but we're leaving happy because we got Champions League qualification".
The Canary Islander continued, highlighting the efficiency Zidane's side showed in front of goal: "They're very dangerous on the counter, any time you lose it in the middle, they take advantage. The third goal killed us, but I'm focusing on the attitude we showed in the first half".
He underlined the way the team always searched, because "in the first half we had more chances than they did... We had our own chances, we were a bit naive for the first goal... I saw it from afar and we mustn't blame the referee, but ourselves".
Finally, he emphasised the positive news from the weekend: "The objective was to finish with Champions League qualification, and we're happy to complete the club's objective".
