ALMOST 90% ATTENDANCE AT THIS YEAR'S AGM

Our General Shareholders' Meeting for 2023 took place from underway after 18.30 CET at the Hotel Los Lebreros. According to Alberto Pérez-Solano, secretary of the Board of Directors, 194 shareholders were present, with a total of 1,821 shareholders represented in some capacity. The total number of shares present or represented is 92,117 of 103,477 total shares, marking 89.03% attendance.
