JUANLU RECOGNISED BY THE LOCAL SPORTS PRESS “IT'S A DREAM TO SCORE FOR THE TEAM I HAVE ALWAYS SUPPORTED”

Juanlu Sánchez was recognised this Monday at the 'Federación de Periodistas Deportivos de Andalucía’ awards. The academy graduate received the award for his Olympic gold medal at Paris 2024 with Spain. At the event, held in Alcalá de Guadaira, Jesús Navas was also recognised, for being the most decorated player in the history of the Spanish national team. 

At the event - in which he was accompanied by Pablo Blanco, Agustín López and Marcos Gallego on behalf of the club he expressed his joy: “I am very happy, for me it is a dream to score goals with the Sevilla shirt. When I was a kid, I saw my idols like Jesús and for me it is a dream. I can only thank Jesús, because he has not only been an idol, but a role model, in all the time we have shared together."
