In addition to Lucas Ocampos reaching 200 appearances for the club, Monday's home victory against RCD Mallorca also marked Jesús Navas's 600th start. At 38 years old, our captain continues to be a regular in the starting XI, as he has always been. He has now made 684 appearances, only 12% of them coming as a substitute, playing predominantly as a winger in his first spell at the club before moving into the right-back position.

Before his move to Manchester City in 2013, he made 358 starts for the club and has since managed 242. He has started in every single one of our Supercup matches, both the Spanish and UEFA versions, playing in five and four matches respectfully. He has played from the first whistle in 89% of his LaLiga appearances, 85% in the UEFA Europa League, 83% in the Champions League and 78%.

During his time at the club, Navas has amassed eight major titles: four UEFA Europa Leagues, two Copas del Rey, one UEFA Supercup and one Spanish Supercup. It is important to acknowledge that he has started in each of those nine finals - the 2007/08 Spanish Supercup was played over two legs. He is four games away from becoming the 13th player in history to play in 500 LaLiga matches, and just the sixth to reach this milestone with one club. He is certainly considered a legend at the club, continuously breaking records and defying all odds while maintaining the same desire and spirit as he did on his very first day.
