OSO SIGNS CONTRACT EXTENSION UNTIL JUNE 2027

Joaquín Martínez Gaunas, 'Oso', has signed a contract extension, keeping him at the club until June 2027. The Sevilla Atlético player joined from Málaga CF in summer 2022 and sees this new contract as a reward for his great work this season.

After a first year complicated by injuries, this season Oso has pushed on, impressing after a positional change saw him move to left-back. It is worth mentioning that, in addition to the 22 games played so far for Sevilla Atlético this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist, the academy product also made his first-team debut late on in the cup tie at Astorga and has become a regular in training under Quique Sánchez Flores.
