José Ángel Carmona, Ørjan Nyland and Chidera Ejuke all spoke following Saturday's draw at Getafe. On what happened at the Coliseum, Carmona admitted that he had come away "with a bittersweet taste, [but] we also knew that this ground is a fortress. We didn't manage to win, but it was also important not to lose, with a great turnout from our fans. I'm happy we didn't concede, we just need to be more effective going forward because there are games that have slipped away from us. The fans are incredible, as always. Today we could hear them more than the home fans, and they really made us push for more."
Meanwhile, Ejuke added that "we tried to get the three points but it was difficult. We fought, but all things considered, we'll take the point and we move on." He also assesed fellow countryman Akor Adams' debut: ’I'm happy for Akor, for getting those first few minutes. He has to keep going, today was very important for him and he has to keep growing from here."
To finish, Nyland emphasised how happy he was with the clean sheet, although aware that we need to push for more: "We played a good game and controlled it well. They created chances out of little mistakes we made. In the second half we had two or three chances and in the end we're happy with the clean sheet. We deserved more, but we have to take advantage of the opportunities we carve out. Now we have an important game at home and hopefully we can score more goals then."
