BARCO: "EVEN THOUGH I'M MORE OF A FULL-BACK, I'M COMFORTABLE ALL ALONG THE LEFT WING"

Valentín Barco was officially unveiled this afternoon before speaking to the media. The Argentine full-back, who has already completed several training sessions with his new teammates, started, "I've had a lovely first few days here. The city is beautiful and everyone has been very welcoming. All is going very well so far."

"There have been some slight complications with the paperwork but everything is now resolved. It is nothing out of the ordinary; these things happen across all leagues and I am now ready to play. I spoke with a few people before coming here, like Ansu, and I'm happy and excited to play here and do whatever the coach requires of me. I'm very excited to be here and get stuck into the project. I spoke with Víctor [Orta] and the coach and I really liked the sound of everything. The style of play suits me," he added. 

Asked where he feels most comfortable, he replied. "I have played all along the left wing and feel comfortable there. Even though I'm more of a full-back, I can play wherever."
