DAVID LOSADA: "THE SECOND GOAL CAME WHEN WE WERE PLAYING OUR BEST, AND IT CAUSED A LOT OF DAMAGE"

David Losada addressed the media after the defeat in Granada. Regarding what happened in the Round of 16 of the Copa de la Reina, the Sevilla coach initially highlighted that "in the first half, we were a step above Granada. We conceded the goal early, but the team recovered quite well, and the second goal came when we were playing our best, a goal that really hurt. In the second half, we tried to push forward, but their finishing was decisive, as three of their goals hit the top corner."

Regarding the team’s performance, the coach pointed out, "I think the team played a good game overall, but it’s true that this isn’t enough to win. Now the break is coming to disconnect and work behind the scenes to change the dynamic, thinking about the Eibar match."
