SEVILLA FC WILL FACE REAL BETIS IN THE COPA DEL REY ROUND OF 16

Sevilla FC will face Real Betis in the Copa del Rey Round of 16. The cup draw, which was carried out at midday on Friday at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas, has confirmed that there will be a third derby this season. The match is a one-leg affair, and will take place at the Benito Villamarín. 

This will be the ninth cup tie between the two sides, and will be the first to only consist of one match, as the other eight were two-legged. Sevilla have won six of those eight ties, including the last two in 2007 and 2016. The match will be played on Saturday 15th January at 21:30, as there are no league fixtures that weekend due to the Spanish Super Cup.
